ONEIDA CASINO FUN CLUB MEMBERSHIP RULES
Membership is free. Must be 18 years or older to be a member of the Oneida Casino Players Club. 18 - 20 year olds are restricted to Bingo/Class II games only. Club cards and benefits are non-transferable.Points are awarded for tracked play on slots, table games, bingo, off-track betting and poker play. Points have cash value. Cash redemption receipts can be obtained at the club booths. Redemption receipts must be redeemed at the Main Casino cashier, IMAC Casino/Bingo cashier, and Mason Street Casino cashier areas. The minimum cash back is 1000 points which equals $10. Cash back will begin at $10 and increase at $5 increments up to $100. From $100 - $500, cash back will be given in $10 increments. You may redeem a maximum of $8,000 daily.
A valid photo State I.D. or Drivers License is required when redeeming points for rooms, food, merchandise, or cash back. (Proof of Social Security number is required, when applicable.)

It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure their Players Club card is inserted properly into the card reader and functioning normally when playing slots and to ensure that department personnel is aware of play when playing table games, bingo, off-track betting or poker.
Players agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation where permitted.
Management reserves the right to adjust account balances for the settlement of rooms, food, event expenses, merchandise, hardware, and software malfunctions.
Oneida Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, including any resulting misuse. Oneida Casino reserves the right to revise or cancel Players Club promotions at any time without prior notice.
Misuse of cards will result in cancellation of club membership and forfeiture of any and all benefits.
Players Club points will become void after 15 months of inactivity. To remain active, at least one (1) credit needs to be obtained in 15 months.
The use of the Players Club card constitutes acceptance of the club’s terms and conditions. Players Club cards are the property of Oneida Casino and may be revoked at anytime per Management’s discretion. Violation of Players Club membership rules may result in the forfeiture of membership and accumulated points.
The decision of Oneida Casino Management regarding dispute resolution or rules interpretation shall be final.
